Prepare The Curry Mix

  1. In a mixing bowl

    • Place the drained and rinsed chickpeas.
    • Add ¼ cup of vegan mayo to the chickpeas.
    • Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the bowl.
    • Sprinkle 1 tbsp of curry powder over the mix.
    • Add 1 tsp of turmeric for color and flavor.
    • Incorporate 1 tsp of garlic powder for an extra kick.
    • Finally, add 1/4 tsp of salt for taste.
