2cup Pasta, Dry (You can use any pasta of your choice, we used brown rice pasta.)
4cup Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced
1 1/2cup Garlic Hummus (You can use homemade or store-bought hummus.)
1/3cup Olive oil, Extra Virgin (You can use less to your preference.)
1/4cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
1/2tsp Salt
1/4tsp Black Pepper, Ground
Recipe Instructions
Prepare The Tomato Hummus Sauce

Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In an ovenproof dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure the tomatoes are evenly coated in the seasoned oil. Then, generously spread the garlic hummus on top of the tomato mixture.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes. Keep an eye on it – you want the tomatoes to become soft and slightly caramelized while the hummus forms a creamy, flavorful sauce
