Since I was fourteen years old, I have known that I want to become a dietitian. My grandfather, who turned his life around and lived a wonderful life as a result of his diet, showed me firsthand what a healthy diet can do.
Helping others change their habits in a way that sticks is what motivates me. Knowing that I have improved a client’s health, quality of life, and ultimately happiness is the best feeling in the world.
I’ve never been a big fan of meat and spent most of college as a vegetarian. When I visited an animal shelter and personally witnessed a baby cow from an animal factory suffering, I quickly converted to veganism. The second reason I am plant-based is for environmental and health reasons.
