Book a Discovery Call or an Initial Assessment“As a former professional ballet dancer, I witnessed firsthand the immense pressure performers and athletes often face surrounding body image, performance, and nutrition. Those experiences inspired me to pursue nutrition and help individuals build a healthier, more supportive relationship with food and their bodies.
Over the years, I also transitioned toward a predominantly plant-based lifestyle and became passionate about helping others discover flexible, balanced, and sustainable ways to support their health, longevity, and overall well-being through nutrition.”
