A brief overview of my personal and professional experience:

Weight Loss: Gabrielle has tried various methods for losing weight independently and discovered that the most successful method involves achieving sustainable weight loss without feeling deprived. Additionally, she observed that embracing a vegetarian diet facilitated her avoidance of processed foods, contributing to a healthy and effective weight loss journey.

Balanced Diet: Formerly a meat consumer, Gabrielle came to the realization that she never truly enjoyed eating meat. Consequently, she opted to explore plant-based foods that offered a similar level of satisfaction, ensuring sufficient energy and meeting her protein requirements.

Sports NutritionGabrielle, a former elite soccer player, maintains an active involvement in the sport by participating several times a week. Beyond her soccer sessions, she is an avid half-marathon runner, consistently seeking fresh challenges. Alongside her rigorous athletic activities, she possesses a robust foundation in sports nutrition, holding certification from the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

IBS & Digestive ProblemsBy removing dairy from her diet and finding enjoyable substitutes, Gabrielle successfully addressed her digestive issues. Driven by a passion for enhancing digestion and overall quality of life, she possesses considerable expertise in assisting clients coping with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Gabrielle has achieved positive outcomes by implementing the low FODMAP diet developed by Monash University in her approach.

Pregnancy & LactationGabrielle firmly believes in the crucial role of a nutritionist’s support during pregnancy and breastfeeding. She is dedicated to guiding you through this significant period, offering practical advice to simplify your life. What inspired Gabrielle to become a Dietitian & Vegetarian

Motivation to become vegetarian:

Vegetarianism offers a wide variety of foods, as well as benefits for both physical and mental health. Additionally, it can help you save a great deal of time and money and support the environment.

I’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, and I’m still learning about delicious new vegetarian foods.

Motivation to become a Dietitian:

Since I was a young child, I have been interested in sports, and I have learned how nutrition can help athletes perform better and maintain good health. In the fascinating field of nutrition, there is always room for new knowledge.

Everyone’s basic need for food makes it a good opportunity for me to work in the health sciences, which has always fascinated me.
