Toddler, Child, and Adolescent Nutrition: As a mom, Jana is well-versed in the challenges of mealtime. With her tailored support, Jana can provide your family with the tools and education to thrive on a plant-based diet while addressing other feeding concerns, such as picky eating and navigating allergies and intolerances. 

Pregnancy/Lactation: Having gone through pregnancy and breastfeeding herself, Jana has the tools and knowledge to provide nutrition guidance and optimise the health and well-being of mama and baby during this stage.

IBS & Digestive Problems: Having had IBS for multiple years, Jana understands how debilitating symptoms of IBS and digestive problems can be. Combining her experience and expertise, she can help you identify the root cause of your digestive problems. 

Meal Planning: Jana loves to cook, try out new recipes, and read cookbooks in her free time. Eating a plant-based diet for over 15 years and being a busy toddler mom, Jana can provide a customized meal plan to meet your nutritional goals and cooking tips and tools to take the stress out of preparing meals.

What inspired Jana to become a Dietitian & Plant-Based

Motivation to become Plant-Based:

Being plant-based is in line with many of my core beliefs, particularly the significance of looking out for my health, the environment, and other living things.

I feel more in tune with myself and the rest of the world when I live this way, and I’m more conscious of the effects of my decisions. Every decision is a vote, and I choose to support the causes that are significant to me.
