Book a Discovery Call or an Initial Assessment“I know how overwhelming and lonely it can feel to manage your health while juggling a busy life. My own experience with type 2 diabetes—and the powerful changes I saw through plant-based nutrition—helped me take back control of my health. That journey inspired me to become the support I once needed.
I transitioned from being a music teacher to becoming a registered dietitian so I could help others feel heard, understood, and empowered. Today, I use both my personal experience and professional training to guide people with compassion and practical, evidence-based care. For me, this isn’t just a career—it’s a way to make sure no one has to walk their health journey alone.“
