Regrettably, our services are presently limited to online consultations conducted solely through Zoom. This choice is influenced by the reality that our clientele seeking plant-based guidance constitutes a smaller fraction. Our primary goal is to provide support to a broader range of individuals across Ontario, focusing on the realm of plant-based nutrition.
Indeed, we provide insurance receipts following each session, which include the licensed number issued by the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
Unfortunately, we are only able to issue insurance receipts for services offered by registered dietitians or nutritionists within the province of British Columbia.

The frequency of sessions will depend on your goals and current circumstances. Typically, we interact with clients a minimum of five times per year. The number of sessions required varies, from a few meetings for some clients to weekly sessions extended over a longer period for others.
