We are all registered dietitians and nutritionists in Ontario. Both titles are protected and synonymous in Ontario.
Yes, we are part of the College of Dietitians of Ontario. We will provide an insurance receipt at the end of every consultation.
No, we only offer online consultations via Zoom.

No, we are only able to offer insurance receipts for nutritionist or registered dietitian services in Ontario.
No, we don’t currently offer direct billing.
This will vary depending on your goals and the situation right now. On average, we see our clients at least 5 times annually. Some clients only need a few sessions, whereas others need weekly sessions for a long time. We suggest scheduling a discovery call so you can find out more.
