To assist you in achieving your current objective, we make use of our knowledge of who you are as well as what has and hasn’t previously worked for you. Despite the fact that we place a strong emphasis on plant-based nutrition, you won’t ever be pressured to go vegan or experience negative feedback if you consume animal products. No matter if a client is vegan or omnivorous, we welcome anyone with a passion for plant-based nutrition.

Hi! I’m Alyssa Fontaine, the Founder of Plant-Based Dietitians

I studied nutrition at McGill University, and in 2014, I started working as a dietitian in private practice.

While pursuing my MBA, I spent several years managing a team of 70 dietitians, which enabled me to develop a thorough understanding of customer service and nutritional best practices.

My online plant-based nutrition business launched in 2019, and my team of plant-based dietitians and I now run it full-time.

The process is simple

There are two ways to get started:
