There are two ways to get started:
Launched in 2021, this vegan cafe in Lane County focuses on food security and utilizes produce from the Willamette Valley. They serve wholesome plant-based brunch and dinner, baked goods, coffee, smoothies, and shakes for indoor and patio dining or takeout. The menu is tip-free, but customers are encouraged to “pay forward” any amount toward another guest’s meal at the register.
They’ve been serving amazing vegan food for decades, and it is truly been perfected! Our personal favorite is the Golden Beancurd in Garlic Ginger Sauce, but every dish you chose is always fantastic!
A fully raw, vegan, and organic café offering a variety of juices, smoothies, soft-serve ice cream, salads, raw tacos, falafel, raw wraps, and snacks. The food is entirely oil-free, and the only sweeteners used are maple syrup and coconut nectar. They also serve fresh, organic coconut water and coconut meat, with all of these options you are sure to find something that will be to everyone’s liking!
These summer picnics offer a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors with great company while indulging in delicious, cruelty-free food. Past summer picnics have been our most popular events of the year. There is also fun games such as ladder golf, giant outdoor Jenga, and other games to engage in while chatting with others in this beautiful park setting!
You don’t need to be vegan to consult a plant-based dietitian. They can help anyone looking to incorporate more plant-based foods into their diet, whether you plan to go fully vegan or simply want to reduce your meat consumption.
Absolutely not. A plant-based dietitian can help you find affordable options and plan meals that are both nutritious and budget-friendly.
Definitely. They can create meal plans that take into account your food allergies or intolerances, ensuring you avoid problematic foods while still meeting your nutritional needs.
Not at all. They can customize their recommendations to fit your preferences and budget, suggesting both organic and conventional foods that are nutritious and beneficial.
Unfortunately, we can only provide insurance receipts for services performed by registered dietitians and nutritionists within the state of Oregon.
Yes, plant-based dietitians are licensed nutrition professionals who have met the necessary educational and professional standards to provide dietary guidance.
The frequency of appointments depends on your goals and current situation. Typically, we meet with clients at least five times a year. Some may only need a few sessions, while others might require weekly meetings over a longer period. To better understand your needs and create a personalized plan, we recommend scheduling a discovery call.
We can typically begin working together within a week. To schedule a discovery call for personalized advice or to book an appointment directly with your dietitian, please visit our contact page. This will help you start your journey toward better plant-based nutrition and overall well-being with ease.
