We are an expert group of nutritionists and dietitians who exclusively eat plant-based meals.

Plant-based or vegan diet

A vegan diet forgoes eating any animal products, even those made from animals. Speak with a vegan dietitian at our company to learn more about the benefits of a vegan diet.

Vegetarian Diet

It’s a type of plant-based diet that excludes meat. However, gelatin, fish, poultry, or eggs may or may not be present. If you want to learn more, please contact one of our plant-based nutritionists.

Helping people form healthy habits has always been our passion. To assist you with changing your behaviors and locating a plan that works for you, we take a motivational and nonjudgmental approach. In order to assist you in achieving your current goal, our goal is to get to know you and your past successes and failures.

No matter if they are omnivores or vegans, anyone who is interested in plant-based nutrition is welcome. As we know, changing one’s lifestyle and dietary habits can be difficult. That is why we are here to assist you in achieving your goals more quickly and effectively.

There are 2 options:

  • First Option: Direct Booking: Select one of our neighbourhood nutritionists by choosing from a range of our services, prices, and packages. Check the nutritionist’s schedule after that and make an appointment as soon as you can.
  • Second Option: You can schedule a free 5- to 20-minute discovery  call or Zoom session with the program’s developer and vegan dietitian Alyssa Fontaine. She will respond to any of your questions and put you in touch with the top nutritionists in your neighborhood.
