The process is simple

There are two ways to get started:

  • Option 1 – Direct booking: Review the biographies, services, and pricing/packages. Access the schedule by clicking on the link below and book directly with your plant-based dietitian/nutritionist.
  • Option 2 – Discovery call: Book a 5-20 min free discovery call (phone or Zoom) with your Plant-Based dietitian. They will answer your questions and get you started on your journey.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your session, and we aim to provide a transparent cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines:

    Cancellation Notice:

      • We kindly request that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session if they need to cancel or reschedule.

     

    Cancellation Fees:

      • If a client cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice or fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will be charged. This fee is necessary because we are often unable to fill the vacant spot on short notice, resulting in lost opportunities for others.

     

    Reminder Notifications:

      • To help you remember your upcoming sessions, we provide text and email reminders prior to your meeting. These notifications serve as a helpful reminder and offer a convenient way to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.

     

    Cancellation and Rescheduling:

      • Clients have the option to manage their appointments through their client portal. This allows for easy cancellation or rescheduling of sessions at your convenience. We encourage you to use this feature if your plans change.

     

    Our goal is to provide quality service to all our clients while respecting everyone’s time. By adhering to this cancellation policy, you help us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.   • What is your refund policy?

    Refund Policy

    We offer flexible payment options to cater to our clients’ preferences. Here’s our refund policy to provide clarity on our payment structure:

    1. Pay-As-You-Go Sessions:

    • Clients are charged only after each individual session.
    • Once the client has utilized a session, there will be no refunds for that particular session.
    • In cases of extreme dissatisfaction, we will review the situation separately to determine if a refund is warranted, taking into consideration the unique circumstances. Our aim is to ensure fairness and client satisfaction in such cases.

     

    2. Package Discount Option:

    • Clients who opt for a package receive a discount of 5-20% on each session, depending on the package chosen.
    • In the event a client decides to discontinue their package before completing all sessions, the following conditions apply:
      • They forfeit the discount originally applied.
      • A penalty will be enforced, requiring the client to pay the price difference between the discounted rate and the standard full price for the sessions already completed.
      • The package must be used within a year of the purchase date; otherwise, clients will not be eligible for a refund if they decide to discontinue the package before completing all sessions.

     

    Please note that the refund amount will be calculated based on the sessions remaining and the price difference, if applicable, at the time of cancellation. We are committed to providing our clients with the utmost flexibility while ensuring fairness in our refund policy.

  • Do you provide insurance receipts?

    Insurance Receipts for Dietitian and Nutritionist Services

    We provide insurance receipts for your dietitian and nutritionist services. While direct billing with insurance is not available at the moment, our detailed receipts make it easy for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
