These are vegan-friendly cookies that strike the perfect balance between crispy and chewy textures, and they're simple to prepare, making them an ideal choice to curb your sweet cravings.


  • 1/2 Banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Instant oats
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 F. 

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all 5 ingredients: banana, instant oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, and dark chocolate chips.

  3. Place a parchment paper in the air fryer basket and drop cookies onto parchment paper.

  4. Leave it for 8 min until golden brown. 

  5. Once ready, leave cookies to cool down for 2-3 minutes before serving.
